Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
- 30 Abmat sit-ups
- 10 left-arm overhead walking lunges (55,35)
- 10 right-arm overhead walking lunges
Dumbells seem to be all the rage these days. Grab one and lunge it 10 steps right and 10 steps left. The situps will be your break! Have a great weekend.
