Welcome to July!  This year is really flying by and we have already seen so many PR’s and fitness improvements.  Lets continue this journey through the second half of the year.  Today we will kick off with a small barbell complex.  Begin with a power clean from the floor, stand it up and then do two front squats.  Build up to a heavy set of that sequence.  Our metcon will be on the Assault bike.  For 5 rounds you will spend 30 seconds going all out and 30 seconds resting.  Your score will be total calories.  Have a good weekend!
