Front Squat:
- 2 sets of 5 at 80%, 2 sets of 3 at 85%, 2 sets of 1 at 90% (second set is max rep)
Then,
In 5 minutes complete:
- 500 Meter Row
- 30 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)(18,13)
- Max rep Double Unders (single unders)
We will be getting in some front squats today. The format will be the same as last weeks back squats. 2 sets at each weight. The last set of 1 rep we want you to go for as many reps as you can muster with good form. Afterwards, you will have 5 minutes to move quickly through the row and kettlebell swings so that you can rep out some double unders or single unders.
