Climb the Ladder of Awesomeness!
Its back to some body-weight fun! Work hard for twenty minutes climbing the ladder of awesomeness. Run, burpee and squat your way to the top. Who will get the farthest?
Make sure to meet the standards for the movement each rep. For the burpees (yay burpees!), from the standing position to the floor, your chest and thighs must touch the ground and then return to full extension, arms extended with a jump off of the floor. The squats start standing, pass through the crease of the hip below the knee and return to full hip extension in the top.
Workout of the Day 4/18/13:
20 Minute AMRAP:
- 200 Meter Run
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Squats
- 400 Meter Run
- 20 Burpees
- 20 Squats
- 600 Meter Run
- 30 Burpees
- 30 Squats
- 800 Meter Run
- 40 Burpees
- 40 Squats
Continue this pattern until 20 minutes has expired.
