- Clean pulls: 3-3-3
- 3 Position Power Clean: 1-1-1
- Work up to a 3 rep max power clean
Today will be another great opportunity to further your abilities in the Olympic lifts. The emphasis is on the clean today. We will start off pulling from the floor to help establish our positions and get a feel for some weight. The 3 position power clean is next. This will start at high hang then go to hang and finish from the floor. The grande finale will be establishing a 3 rep max power clean. Go after it!
