The whole month of December we dedicated our strength work to Olympic lifting.  This week is your chance to show off your new skills.  We will max out the clean and jerk today and the snatch on Wednesday.  We have already seen a tremendous amount of improvement in everyone’s technique.  As you prepare for the each attempt, stay focused on hitting those positions that we extensively worked on in December.  Proper technique and consistency will always win over.  After you max out, your metcon weight will be based on your new clean and jerk max.

  • Chest to Bar Pull-ups(T2-regular pull-ups, T3 banded)
  • Clean and Jerk (60% of today’s 1 rep max)
  • Push-ups
