We have several athletes competing in the Radbar NcFit Open this weekend. If you want to come to cheer your friends on and spectate you can save a few bucks by purchasing online. Buy tickets here. - 45 Squats
- 20 Pull-ups
- 40 Push-ups
- 60 Squats
- 25 Pull-ups
- 50 Push-ups
- 75 Squats
- 30 Pull-ups
- 60 Push-ups
- 90 Squats

This wod is a spin off of the classic benchmark workout “Cindy”. Which is normally a 20 minute AMRAP of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 squats. Recently CrossFit HQ challenged everyone to perform the XXX version unbroken and submit a video for a cash price. One female athlete completed it unbroken in 19:21. Any challengers?!
