“Cindy”squats

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 5 Pullups
  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 Squats

We last did this one back in November of last year.  This is a great fitness benchmark. Being able to move your own bodyweight quickly and efficiently is just as important as lifting big loads.  For those of you that recently did “Murph” this will be a cake walk!  So strap on your bodyweight ninja shoes and go for a PR.
