30 Minute AMRAP:

  • 5 Pullups

  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 Squats
  • Run 200 Meters

*After each 200 meter run you will do an additional round of Cindy.

Today we will spin off of the benchmark “Cindy”.  Going for as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats.   The 200 meter run will correspond the round you are on.  Confused yet? Don’t worry, we will explain thoroughly before each class.
