“Cindy” or “Mary”
“Cindy”- 20 Minute AMRAP:

“Mary” -20 Minute AMRAP: (must be done RX’d)
- 5 Handstand Pushups
- 10 Pistols
- 15 Pullups
Today we have a couple choices for you. The first one is the benchmark workout “Cindy”. It has been a while since we did a full “Cindy”. This will be a great opportunity for you to work on improving your Whole Life Challenge Baseline wod. The other choice, for those of you that are a little more advanced in your skill set, is “Mary”. This will have to be performed as prescribed. No scaling. Either benchmark is an awesome workout. See you there!
