“Cindy”
A few weeks ago during benchmark week we weren’t able to fit “Cindy” in. This is one of my all time favorite CrossFit benchmarks. Its all bodyweight so no surprises there. In this wod you will spend 20 minutes working through rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 air squats. This is also a great wod for those of you working on getting those pull-ups down. 5 reps per round is very manageable. Remember to touch your chest and thighs to the floor during the pushups and focus on keeping your weight in your heals and knees out on your squats. Watch out for poker chips because they will be flying today!

20 Minute AMRAP:
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push ups
- 15 Squats
