Chipper it is!
Today(Thursday) we will have a representative from Stronger Faster Healthier at the gym to answer questions. He will be here in the morning from 6:45 until noon. Many of you have been asking questions about different things regarding SFH products. Now is the time to get some answers. If you will not be able to make it, please let us know what your questions are and we will get an answer for you.
This whole week we are inviting you to bring your friends. Don’t let the workouts scare you or them away. We will be scaling them down to give them a good taste of CrossFit. Today’s wod is a chipper style workout. You will have 5 different movements to work through. Once you are done with a movement it is on to the next. Watch out! There is a benchmark girl hiding in there. Chip away!

- 40 Calorie Row
- 30 Ground to Overhead(135,95)(115,75)(75,35)
- 20 Burpees
- 100′ Overhead Walking Lunge(45,25)
