We have another brand new week to make a fresh start.  Make it a goal to get in at least 5 times this week.  Challenge yourself to get stronger and faster while constantly improving on form.  This should be our goal every day and every week.  Stay consistent on working out, push yourself, pay attention to form and you will succeed.
