Today’s wod comes to us from the upcoming Firestarter Challenge. I have adjusted some numbers and weights to better fit our program. If you are a registered competitor you will need to use the weights and rep count that you will do at the competition. This will be a great test run and workout for all of us. The competition is next weekend so please come out and cheer on our athletes that are competing!
