Today’s wod has been a long standing benchmark at CFBC. It is always good to retest workouts to see where you are at in your fitness journey. As competitive people we want to always be besting our time. Keep in mind, though, that a few seconds off is not a sign of reduced fitness. Many factors can play into how well we perform on a given day. The heat will play into today compared to back in March. If you are several minutes behind your last time than we have to look at what is going on but if you are in the ballpark take it. Enjoy!
