Buy in and Cash out (for time)
Today’s workout promises to be a good time! You will “buy in” to the wod with a 1000 meter row, then begin working up a ladder from 1-10 with toes to bar and kettlebell swings. The first round you will do 1 toe to bar and 1 kb swing, then 2 toes to bar and 2 swings. Continue up until you complete 10 each. After that, you will immediately start working through 11-20 of walking lunges and double unders. Once you complete the 20th double under make a mad dash for a rower and burn through 500 meters to “cash out.” Make it a goal to go unbroken on all reps. Go after it!
