Front Squat:

  • 2-2-2-2-2

5 Rounds for Time:

  • 10 Power Snatch (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 10 Burpees

On the front squats today,  go as heavy as possible for all 5 sets and try to keep the same weight.  Make small adjustments up or down if needed.  For the conditioning piece, pick a weight for the power snatch that you can roll through with minimal breaks.  Then, grind through those burpees!
