Welcome to a new week! Just like our front squats last week we are bumping up the percentages a bit. As always, stay focused on getting set up correctly before coming out of the rack and then executing as near perfect squats as possible. The back squats should get you good and warmed up to take on a heavier version of our friend “Fran”.
