Front Squat: 5-5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1
Then,
3 Rounds for time:
- 5 Handstand Pushups
- 1 Rope Ascent (15′)
- 20 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)(18,13)
The front squat today has a good twist to it. Go as heavy as possible for each set. Build up to a heavy 5 rep, 3 rep then 1 rep front squat. This will not be a true 1 rep max due to all of the heavy lifts leading up to the 1’s. Our metcon will be a good burner. I will have scaling options up on the board and we will go through each option together. Get in and make it another awesome CFBC day!
