It is back to the grind of improving our fitness.  Keep bringing all you have every day and you will see the fruits of your labor.  Today we are dropping our reps to 4 for our strength work.  Try to go as heavy as possible for all four sets.  The metcon is 5 rounds for time. The numbers out in front of the movements are the count for each round.  Round 1 is 10 deadlifts and 100 double unders.  The last round would be 2 deadlifts and 20 doubles.
