Friday, February 7, 2014:
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes(EMOM):
- Snatch x 2 reps
Then,
For Time:
- Row 1000 meters
- 20 Front Squats (155,105)(135,95)(75,45)
We are back to doing some Olympic work. Today, after our warm up, we will be performing 2 snatches on the minute for 10 minutes. I want you to start light and build weight as the minutes tick by. At the end of 10 minutes you should have or be very close to having a 2 rep max snatch. This means that both reps are performed continuously with hands remaining on the bar(no dropping). After that, we are going to jump on the rowers, row 1000 meters and perform 20 front squats as fast as possible. Sounds like a great way to bring in the weekend!
