Breakdown your Previous Max!
Congratulations to CrossFit Brier Creek Coach Nikki Prier on her 2nd place finish at the NC Strength Challenge! This was an awesome example of how CrossFitters can step up to any challenge. This cycle of front squats has been brutal! Today we will get a chance to see how our strength has improved. Fight hard to break down your previous max and then have some fun with a fast paced couplet.
Workout of the Day(WOD) 7/29/13:
Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1
20 Reps @50% 1 rep max plus 10lbs

- 15 Burpees
