Bench Press:

*Build to a heavy 3 rep, then use that weight across all 3 sets
Then,
3 Rounds for Time:
- 400 Meter Run
- 10 Power Cleans (155,105)(135,95)(95,65)(55,35)
Today the bench press will be the same weight across all three sets. You will only record the weight that you successfully do for all 3 sets. Start by building to a heavy set of 3 and then work through the next two with that weight. Our metcon will be a quick couplet of running and power cleans. We will be closed Thursday and Friday. Please enjoy your time with family and we will see you on Saturday to burn off the extra calories!
