Box Crawl
Today we will only have a 9am WOD. The Box Crawl will be swinging through Brier Creek at 10am. For those of you wanting to attend box crawl, the doors will open at CrossFit Sua Sponte at 8am. It will be $20 cash only. You will receive a wrist band once you have paid to proceed through box crawl. This is a great way to meet other crossfitters in our area and see what other talent it out there!
