20 Minute AMRAP:
- 5 Pullups
- 10 Pushups
- 15 Squats
*Every 3 rounds perform
- 3 Clean and Jerks (185,135)(155,105)(115,80)(95,65)(55,35)
Today we have a version of the benchmark wod “Cindy”. It starts out like the normal Cindy but after you complete 3 rounds it gets interesting. Every 3 rounds you will head to your barbell and knock out 3 clean and jerks before going back to the 5,10,15. This should feel heavy. Bodyweight movements and barbells, a little something for everyone.
