“Strict Press Biathlon” (from competitorstraining.com)
For Time:
- 800 Meter Run
- 21 Unbroken* Strict Press(115,75)(95,55)(55,35)
- 800 Meter Run
- 18 Unbroken Strict Press
- 800 Meter Run
- 15 Unbroken Strict Press
*200m Run penalty must be completed any time the strict press is broken.
This is very similar to the muscle-up biathlon done at the CrossFit Games. Remember, strict press means no movement of the hips or knees to assist the bar up. Every time you have to break a set, run 200 meters.
