Today will be the last of the 5 reps.  These will be unbroken power clean reps.  Next week we will drop down to 3’s while upping the percentages.  After the cleans we have a CrossFit benchmark wod.  If you have done this one, check your time and go after it.  If not, set a solid baseline to retest later.  Have fun!
