For Reps:
- 1 Minute Power Clean (155,105)(135,95)(95,65)(55,35)
- 1 Minute Double Unders (lateral bar jump)
- 1 Minute Toes to Bar (knee raise)(abmat)
- 2 Minutes Power Clean
- 2 Minutes Double Unders
- 2 Minutes Toes to Bar
- 1 Minute Power Clean
- 1 Minute Double Unders
- 1 Minute Toes to Bar
We are wrapping up getting 5 rep maxes and it is on to the bench press. Build up each set until you get to the most weight you can safely press 5 times. Our metcon is built to go after reps. You will just keep a running count on this as you work through. The 1st round is 1 minute of everything, then the second round is 2 minutes and the third round we go back to 1 minute.
