Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 10 minutes:

  • Odd Minute: 3 Bench Presses(work up to a heavy set of 3)
    Pumping iron!

  • Even Minute: 8-10 Toes to Bar(knee raises)(abmat)

Then,

5 Rounds:

  • 7 Push Jerks (135,95)(115,75)(95,65)(55,35)
  • 100 Meter Sprint

This is the end of our deload week.  Next week we will go heavy again doing sets of 3 in our strength work.  Today we are going to do some much needed bench press.  Your goal will be to go up in weight each round for a heavy set of 3.  Have fun!
