- 10 Power Snatches (135,95)(115,75)(95,65)(55,35)
- 15 Box Jumps (24,20)
Its Bench press day! Have fun with this but remember to grab a spotter to watch out for you. Besides the safety aspect, having someone spotting helps to give you the extra push for one more rep. Our metcon will be a bit on the technical side. If you don’t have these skills yet, use the scaling options we have set and make it a goal to learn these movements or become more efficient at them. Thursdays are a great day to work on these skills!
