Bench Press: 10-8-6-4-2

- 1000 Meter Row
- 800 Meter Run
It is time to do some bench pressing! On the bench today, build up in weight as your rep count goes down. Afterwards we will get in some good conditioning. Row hard for 100o meters and then burn out 800 meters of running. Have a good weekend!
