Skill:

  • Rope Climb

Today we revisit the bench press.  This is a ladder style set up where you should be increasing the weights as you decrease reps.  After we do some benching we will work on perfecting our rope climbing skills.  Along with the rope climbing practice you will have some time to work on any skill you choose.  Try to come in with a plan and we will get it done.
