Bench Press:

  • 70% x 3
  • 80% x 3
  • 90% x 3+

Then,

10 Minute Ladder AMRAP:sprint

  • 1 Pushup
  • 100′ Sprint
  • 1 Kettlebell Swing(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)(18,13)
  • 2 Pushups
  • 100′ Sprint
  • 2 Kettlebell Swings
  • 3 Pushups
  • 100′ Sprint
  • 3 Kettlebell Swings
  • Continue up by 1 until time is up

Bench press is on tap today for our strength work.  Make sure to go all out on the last set to get as many reps as possible.  We will do the ladder AMRAP outside weather permitting. The sprint distances remain the same and the pushup/kettlebell reps go up.
