  • 25 Toes to Bar (knee raise)(abmat)
  • 25 Deadlifts (225,155)(185,135)(155,105)(95,65)
  • 50 Box Jump Overs (24,20)(step overs)

We continue with the 2’s today on the bench press.  Grab a spotter for each set so that you are safe and have the confidence to push out those two reps.  Our metcon comes from CrossFit’s Team Series.  It is a chipper style wod that promises to be an awesome challenge!
