  • 0-10 minutes: 1 Mile Run,  AMRAP: 10 Deadlifts, 20 Situps (225,155)(185,135)(135,95)(95,65)
  • 10-13 minutes: Rest
  • 13-20 minutes: 800 Meter Run, AMRAP: 10 Power Cleans, 20 Pushups (135,95)(115,75)(95,65)(55,35)
  • 20-23 minutes: Rest
  • 23-27 minutes: 400 Meter Run, Max rep air squats

Today is all about beating the clock.  In each section you will have a set amount of time to run a distance and then work on getting reps during the remaining time.  The barbell weight will go down on the second round for the power cleans.  You will have 3 minutes of rest between to recover and change weights.
