Be Efficient!
***Due to the Mid-Atlantic Regionals we will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. CrossFit Surmount has graciously invited our athletes to attend their sessions this weekend. Please let us know if you will attend so they can plan.***
We have talked many times about efficiency and maintaining the integrity of the movements. This will especially help you today. The weight is light but there are lots of repetitions. The more focused you are on your technique the less you will fatigue and the faster you will get through the reps and the run. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast!
We may have some rain around so adjustments will be made for the run portions.

- 15 Pull-Ups
- 400 Meter Run
