5 Rounds, each for time:

  • 800 Meter Run
  • Rest 3 Minutes

Its back to the track today.  Even though it is getting colder we still need to keep up our running endurance.  Murph will be here before you know it!  Each 800 meter run will be timed separately and entered.  Try to maintain the same pace for all rounds.  Fight the urge to come out to hard  for the first rounds and fight in the last rounds to not slow.
