Back at it!
Today is our last day of this cycle of overhead squats. I am sure that we will see lots of Pr’s. Remember to, first, focus on jerking the bar into the overhead position and then stabilizing before beginning your rep. After the squats its time to test ourselves against a 1 mile run!
Workout of the Day(WOD) 8/19/13:
Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1
20 Reps @50% plus 10lbs
Then,
For Time:
- Run 1 mile
