The holiday on Monday set us back a couple days on our strength work. Today we will catch back up and open with some bench pressing. Just like the squats on Wednesday try to keep the weight as heavy as possible for all 4 sets. Afterwards we will get on the bikes and hit a mile as hard and fast as possible. Have a great weekend!
