Front squat: 60%x5, 70%x5, 75%x 5 x 2 sets.
Then,
15 Minute AMRAP:
- 30 Power Snatches (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
- 400 Meter Run
- 20 Hang Squat Snatch (135,95)(115,75)(75,55)(45,25)
- 400 Meter Run
- 10 Squat Snatch (185,115)(135,95)(115,75)(55,35)
- AMRAP 200 Meter Sprints
*Score is snatch reps plus 1 rep for each 200 meter sprint completed at the end.
A new week is upon us. Try to stay as consistent as possible while still allowing for some rest time. Today we continue with the back and front squats. The metcon will have some snatching that increases in weight as you go through the AMRAP along with some 400 meter runs. We hope that you can show up and start the week off right!
