Workout of the Day (WOD), Saturday, 1/25/14:
Team Wod 1 from NcFitOpen
12 Minute AMRAP:
- 60 Power Cleans (135,85)(115,75)(55,35)
- 60 Burpees
- 60 Deadlifts (225,135)(185,115)(115,85)
- 60 Burpees
*Alternate every 5 reps
Rest 1 minute
- 2 minutes of max rep double unders(single skips)
This weekend at the competition our athletes will be performing multiple workouts in a day. As you can imagine, this takes quite a toll on your body and is a great test of your fitness and mental fortitude. Today we will try out just one of the wods. Grab a partner and take on the challenge. Work through the AMRAP , alternating every 5 reps until 12 minutes is up. After that, I have thrown in a little something extra…2 minutes of max rep double or single unders. Each partner will be working on this part. Good times!!!
