  • 30 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
  • 50 Box Jumps (24,20)(step ups)

Many of you will like this Thursday wod because there is no running involved.  Others won’t because of one(or all of) the other movements.  There will always be movements and wods that you don’t like or aren’t good at.  Those are the ones you shouldn’t miss and should constantly strive to be better at.  Work your weaknesses and pretty soon you won’t have many!.  Have fun and crush it!
