AMRAP Chipper
Happy Halloween! Today our metcon is a chipper style AMRAP. The weights are light so you should be able to keep your intensity high as you chip away at each movement. With that being said, 20 minutes can be a long time if you come out of the gate to hard. Find a steady pace and stay efficient in your movement. Have fun!!!

20 Minute AMRAP:
- 30 Deadlifts(95,65)(85,55)(75,45)
- 50 Sit ups
- 25 Power Cleans
- 50 Squats
- 20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
- 50 Double Unders
- 15 Snatches
- 50 Ft. Rack Lunge
