AMRAP
AMRAP: As many rounds/reps as possible. Think about your last AMRAP. Did you truly do as many reps as possible? Did you only work until the required time and not to a goal for your reps? This happens a lot with these wods. Make sure today that you give it your all and truly achieve as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Go after it!

20 Minute AMRAP:
- 200 Meter Run
- 5 Snatches (135,95)
- 10 Pull-Ups
- 15 Squats
