Actively Recovering

Spend 5 minutes at each station for active recovery and skill work:
- Row (slowly for perfection)
- Mobilize (anything and everything)
- Gymnastic (handstands, walks, rolls, muscleups, etc)
- Jumping Skills (jump rope, Box, etc)
*There will be a 1 minute transition between stations.
This has been a pretty tough week of wods. Today is going to be a great day to actively recover from them. This will also give us plenty of time to work on some common skills that we all need to be better at. There will be something for all levels of experience to do. Take a day to move, recover and work with the coach on skills.
