  • 14 Toes to Bar (knee raises)(abmat)
  • 21 Box Jumps (24,20)

The setup and strategy for our strength work will be just like Wednesday.  You will warm up to a heavy set of 3 and then use that weight across all 3 sets.  Push yourself to make this as heavy as possible but don’t go outside what you can maintain with good form.  It is more important to get the required reps in than fail on 2.  Our metcon should be a fast one.  Pick a snatch weight that you can move through fairly quickly.  Have a great weekend and I look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday at the CFBC Holiday Party!
