  • 50-30-20: Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
  • 30-20-10: Pushups

To begin our week, we are going to get in some higher rep sets of back squat.  The goal is to go as heavy as possible for all three sets.  Our metcon will mix up kettlebell swings and pushups.  The first round you will do 50 swings and 30 pushups.  The reps for both go down as you work through 3 rounds.  Crush it this week!
