“The Bear C0mplex”
5 sets of 7 sequences.
1 Sequence equals:
- Power Clean
- Front Squat
- Push Press
- Back Squat
- Push Press
Oh no! The Bear is back! It has been quite a while since we last did this one. You goal is to build up to as heavy as possible. 1 rep of each movement above is a sequence. The bar must not rest on the floor and you will perform 7 sequences before dropping. Rest as much as you like between sets.
