Complete as much as possible in 12 minutes of:
- 1 Muscle-up (1 muscle-up transition)
- 5 Medicine Ball Cleans (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
- 2 Muscle-ups
- 10 Medicine Ball Cleans
- 3 Muscle-ups
- 15 Medicine Ball Cleans
- 4 Muscle-ups
- 20 Medicine Ball Cleans
*Continue up by 1 muscle up each round and 5 medicine ball cleans.
This is a classic “ladder” style workout. We will scale the muscle up to various forms of the transition drills. If you have muscle-ups try to go strict as long as you can. Watch out, those med ball cleans can get nasty!
