Teams of 2:
6 Rounds:
- 500 Meter Row
- 400 Meter Run
- Rest 1 minute between rounds
*Rest 5 minutes after the 6th round, then:
3 Rounds:
- 250 Meter Row
- 200 Meter Run
In this partner workout, both partners will be working at a time. One will be rowing 500 meters and the other will be running 400 meters. Each round partners will switch between row and run. The one minute rest between rounds begins when both the row and run are complete.
